Refund policy

We truly hope you love your purchases, but should you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, you can return your item/s to us providing this is done within 30 days of the delivery date, your returns are unworn and are in their original packaging. Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We reserve the right not to refund you if your returned items don't meet the above terms. Once your return is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-7 business days. Please contact customer service js@rosycozy.com before your return.
